2003 Paul Fischer Taut Model
This classical guitar is a superb example of this famous model. The sound is warm and refined. Sustain is wonderful. The separation of voices is, according to one dealer, superior to Fletas. The projection is first rate. I heard Jason Vieaux play his Fischer in concert and I can attest to the excellent projection of this instrument in a hall. In a radio interview Vieaux called his Fischer "precise, translucent, refined, incredibly elegant. . .Evenness is the calling card of that guitar."
This guitar is the easiest instrument to play I have ever played. The action is so soft that the guitar somehow feels smaller in one's hands than it is (650mm).
One gets the sense that one can play one's best on this instrument.
I purchased this guitar from dealer Armin Kelly who said of this guitar : " His innovative Taut Model guitars convey an unusually pure, polished tonal beauty; excellent separation and sustain; and a wide color palette with almost no sound of attack. Clients include Eduardo Fernandez and Jason Vieaux."
This particular guitar is in excellent condition. It was made in 2003 of spruce and Brazilian. My price is thousands below a new one. Pictures are available upon request. $7950 USD plus shipping.
